All Ark sessions follow the same core principles.

Each experience begins with biometric readings to assess your current nervous system and energy state. You then relax inside the chamber while clinically backed sound frequencies target key energy centres in the body.

The quartz-lined environment helps stabilise and support the delivery of these frequencies. A final biometric reading shows how your system has shifted during the session.

Every session is guided by trained facilitators in a safe, calm, and supportive setting.
